Whether you're a busy mama, new to yoga, or just craving a slower pace, this practice is about honoring your body exactly where it’s at. No flexibility required—just a willingness to show up for yourself.


Each session is personalized to your needs and may include light sound healing, breathwork, and intuitive support. My goal is to help you feel more connected, more grounded, and more YOU.
