Who We Are
We are a collective of women devoted to creating sacred, supportive spaces for healing, connection, and community-centered health.
Rather than existing in one permanent space, we bring experiences into different environments — creating intentional gatherings wherever community and wellness can meet. From cozy indoor settings to outdoor spaces, each offering is designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and feel supported.
Our collective offers sound baths, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and tea ceremonies. Each event is an opportunity to pause, reset, and realign — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
At its core, Align Souls is about holding space for community wellness and shared healing experiences.
Darcy leads powerful and heart-opening breathwork, helping to clear stagnant energy and reconnect you to your inner truth.
Enjoli offers grounding and intuitive yoga, inviting the body to soften, open, and release stored tension.
Kat and Gen hold space through immersive sound baths, using vibration and frequency to calm the nervous system and support deep restoration.
Our events are more than classes—they are ceremonies. We move slowly, breathe deeply, listen inward, and often close our time together with a tea ceremony, allowing space for integration, reflection, and meaningful connection.
This circle is for anyone seeking presence, peace, and a reminder of their innate wisdom. Come as you are. You are held here.

Darcy Lucero
Sonic Breathwork Facilitator
Darcy Lucero has devoted the last decade to the path of inner inquiry — exploring spirituality, holistic health, and the deeper layers of human consciousness. What began as a seeking journey unfolded into a profound remembering: the wisdom she long searched for was always accessible within her own body.
Through breath and consistent embodied practice, Darcy discovered direct access to inner stillness, nervous system regulation, and expanded states of awareness. Rather than seeking transformation outside of herself, she learned to enter the body — where clarity, healing, and truth could be experienced safely and sustainably.
In 2025, she became a certified Sonic Breathwork Facilitator and now serves as a Somatic Embodiment Guide, creating grounded yet sacred spaces for individuals and groups to explore altered states of consciousness while remaining anchored in their nervous system. Her work bridges mysticism and somatic intelligence — honoring both awakening and integration, expansion and safety.
Darcy’s approach is rooted in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about remembering who you have always been — and embodying that truth fully.
Katherine Matthews
Sound Bath Practitioner
Katherine, founder of Golden Wave, is a trained and certified Sound Bath practitioner, Breath Work coach, Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher, and Energy Guide based in southern California. Her mission is to create space for people to relax, self-heal, and return to wholeness through vibrational sound, breath work techniques, guided meditations, and intuitive energy sessions. These modalities can help one feel more rested, less anxious, improve sleep, increase clarity and focus, create space for self-healing, dissolve energy blocks, and elevate states of consciousness.

Genevieve Lourenco
Sound Bath Practitioner
Genevieve Lourenco is a sound bath practitioner and community builder who is passionate about holistic wellness and supporting the whole human experience — mind, body, and nervous system. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen in safe, connected spaces where people feel supported and welcomed as they are.
Through sound baths and community-centered wellness gatherings, Genevieve loves to offer opportunities for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience rest in meaningful ways. She is deeply committed to cultivating community and offering accessible practices that encourage presence, balance, and connection.
Enjoli Dunne
Yoga Instructor
Enjoli’s journey with yoga began over a decade ago and quickly became more than just a practice — it became a way of life. What started as a personal outlet grew into a deep passion for guiding others toward strength, confidence, and self-connection.
Through years of continued learning and growth, yoga has taught her how to slow down, listen inward, and move through life with greater awareness. The lessons she discovers on the mat naturally carry into her everyday life, shaping how she shows up with intention and presence.
In her teaching, Enjoli emphasizes that yoga is not about flexibility or striving for a perfect pose. It’s about honoring your body, quieting the mental chatter, and building a compassionate relationship with yourself. She believes the practice meets each person exactly where they are — and that everyone deserves to experience its benefits in their own way.
